Balanced Securities Balanced Securities

Balanced Securities Limited is a public company that issues debenture securities and makes loans secured by first mortgages over real estate assets. In June 2007 the company reported their issued debentures to surpass $100 million. Since its inception Balanced Securities Limited has profitably operated and conducted its commerce as a lender to the real estate property sector throughout Australia.

A debenture is not a bank deposit and is not directly comparable with term or other deposits.

Whilst interest rates are often quite high for debentures, consumers should be aware of the risks involved in all debentures, in particular that it is possible to lose some or all of your deposit, or not be repaid or paid interest.  Investors should seek advice before investing.
