Formed in 1981, Heritage Building Society is Australia’s largest Building Society. The organisations slogan, ’People First’ is a reflection of the way in which they operate and associate with their staff, members and communities. Heritage is also a mutual organisation meaning that as opposed to paying dividends to shareholders, profits are driven back into the organisation to benefit its members. In effect they are able to provide their members with competitive rates, flexible products and low fees whilst ensuring high levels of service.
