Bankwest Rate Tracker Ultra Home Loan

Bankwest is the first to introduce a tracking home loan product in Australia. The Bankwest Rate Tracker Ultra Home Loan has an introductory variable interest rate that aims to be 0.9 percent per annum lower than the average standard variable rates of the big four banks. For the first three years of the loan, Bankwest will calculate the rate monthly and will reduce the introductory rate to no lower than 3 percent per annum. After the first three years, the loan will revert to the Lite Home Loan.
