Big Sky Building Society

Big Sky Building Society has operated as a credit union since 1971.

It began as the BHP Employee’s Credit Co-operative, but adopted the Blue Sky name in the early 2000s after a series of mergers. In 2012 Big Sky became a subsidiary of Australian Unity and this partnership enables the mutually-owned credit union to offer health insurance products as well as financial services solutions to its members.

Big Sky is owned by members and offers a full range of banking and financial services products, including financial advice, savings accounts, credit cards and insurance products.
