Lysaght Credit Union was originally formed in 1967 to provide financial assistance to the employees of Lysaght Employees (Port Kembla) and the Illawarra Masters Builders Club (Woolongong). Today, membership is open to all Australian employees of BHP Billiton, Bluescope Steel, their associated companies and any family members of employees. Te credit union continues to cater to the changing requirements of their members and community interests.
