| mecu is a financial co-operative owned and controlled by its members. Due to the demands of the needs of their community, mecu was established more than 50 years ago and was the first credit union in Australia to be given a credit rating for its long and short term products from Standard and Poor. There are 24 other credit unions that have joined the mecu community, which now stands as one of Australia’s most flourishing credit unions. |
