We had never dealt with Andrew so I was initially unsure of what to expect but I am convinced our loan approval would have taken longer and I would still be gathering information till date had it not been for Andrew�s dedication and out of box thinking. Naturally we were concerned with the bank taking their time to approve our loan, however Andrew continued to keep us informed (sometimes with multiple phone calls a day) which gave us the much needed assurance. The bank kept asking for various documents which were difficult for me to obtain however Andrew understood my limitations and smartly worked with what I could provide him to convince the bank. Banks want complete clarity so I can understand this not being easy and time consuming. Even tasks like cancelling a few cards, he didn�t take the easy way out and looked for our best interest. He gave us a heads up that this may need to done but still fought our case and only instructed us to cancel the card once he had exhausted all options. This was great because it gave me time to redeem my rewards ($1500 in mastercard debit and a fancy tea pot haha)! What I appreciated the most about him is that he improvised, handled the application creatively and communicated honestly, clearly and regularly and achieved the best outcome for us. I can�t also forget how promptly he assisted with sending us the rp data reports often on weekend nights within mins of receiving our email which shows his sincerity and commitment towards his job. Long story short, I think he is amazing and you�ve found a gem. He made a stressful process delightful which is so rare. Last but not the least THANK YOU Josie for your service, giving us your precious time and being such a great guide. We would not have bought our dream home and come this far without you.
