OC Energy specialises in offering services to multi-tenanted developments like housing complexes and apartment blocks. The company provides embedded electricity, gas, and internet connectivity to customers based in Victoria, Queensland, and New South Wales (NSW).

What is an embedded network?

OC Energy offers centralised electricity for the entire building, which means you don’t have to negotiate the price for your apartment individually. The company purchases bulk energy for the use of the entire building. Benefits offered by OC Energy include discounted prices for individual apartment owners and tenants, no late payment penalties and no lock-in agreements. As a single provider serves the entire building, there are savings in both administrative and meter fees. The electricity rates are negotiated for individual locations, and to find out more, you’ll need to connect with your building management.
