Late Payment Fee

$30 will be charged each time Qantas does not receive the Minimum Payment Due and any Overdue Amount by the payment of the due date, debited to your account after the payment due date. The Minimum Payment Due, any Overdue Amount, and payment due date are detailed on your statement of account.

Bonus Points

Offer available for new Qantas Premier Everyday credit cardholders only. Up to 42,000 bonus Qantas Points offer is available to new approved Qantas Premier Everyday credit card account holders who apply by 31 October 2019, 11:59pm (AEST). 7,000 Qantas Points will be awarded each month for the first 6 months when $1,000 or more is spent on eligible purchases that month. Eligible purchases do not include; Cash Advances, Balance Transfers, Refunds, Chargebacks and Special Promotions. Bonus Qantas Points will ordinarily be credited within 6 - 8 weeks of meeting the spend criteria for each month. Points will be forfeited if you close your Credit Card Account before they appear in your Qantas Frequent Flyer Account. If the spend criteria is not met for any of the individual months during the first 6 months, 7,000 bonus Qantas Points will not be awarded for that month. This offer is only available for the first 6 months from account approval. Please note that the 42,000 bonus Qantas Points are not awarded to account holders who already hold a Qantas Premier Platinum or Qantas Premier Titanium credit card and change their account to Qantas Premier Everyday. All rewards are subject to the Qantas Premier Credit Card Rewards Terms and Conditions. The account needs to be in good standing for bonus points to be awarded. Offer may be extended or withdrawn at any time.

Annual Fee

For applications submitted by 31 October 2019, 11:59pm (AEST), you will be billed a discounted annual fee of $29 for the first year upon activation of your account. The standard annual fee, currently $49, will be billed each anniversary from card approval in subsequent years. An additional cardholder annual fee, currently $25, applies per additional cardholder. These fees are subject to change.

Balance Transfers

New Qantas Premier Everyday credit cardholders only. Apply by 31 October 2019, 11:59pm (AEST). Your total Balance Transfers may not exceed 80% of your credit limit. The 0% p.a. interest rate applies to balances transferred within 90 days of card approval for a period of 12 months. The 12 month promotional period commences once the Balance Transfer is processed. At the end of the Balance Transfer period, the interest rate on any outstanding transferred balance will revert to the Cash Advance Rate, currently 21.99% p.a. Excludes balances transferred from other Citigroup Pty Ltd issued credit facilities. You are not eligible for interest free days on retail purchases while you have a Balance Transfer on your account. This means while you have a balance transfer on your account, any further purchases will be charged daily interest at the applicable Retail Purchase Rate currently 19.99% p.a. Offer may be extended or withdrawn at any time. Before making a Balance Transfer consider the following important information.

Late Payment

Foreign Exchange Fee

When you make any purchase or cash advance in: Foreign currency once converted to Australian dollars; and/or Australian dollars (or any other currency), when either the merchant or its financial institution/payment processor is located or registered overseas, including transactions that involve dynamic currency conversion (that is where a transaction denominated in a foreign currency is converted to local currency which is a service that is offered by certain ATMs and merchants). The process of conversion and the exchange rates applied will be determined by the relevant ATM, merchant or dynamic currency conversion service provider as the case may be. We do not determine whether a Card transaction will be converted into local currency by the merchant or ATM and You may have to check with the relevant merchant or ATM provider. Note: It may also not always be clear that the merchant or its financial institution/payment processor is located or registered outside Australia.

Earn Rate conditions

Earn rate for the Qantas Premier Everyday credit card: 1 Qantas Point per whole AU$1 equivalent on International Spend; 0.75 Qantas Points per whole AU$1 on Domestic Spend up to and including AU$3,000 each Statement Period, 0.4 Qantas Points per whole AU$1 spent above AU$3,000 each Statement Period: plus 1 Additional Qantas Point per whole AU$1 on Qantas Spend. International Spend means any Eligible Transaction made with a merchant who tells us they are located in a country outside Australia. Domestic Spend means any Eligible Transaction made with a merchant who tells us they are located within Australia. Eligible Transaction means any purchase excluding (but not limited to) Cash Advances, Balance Transfers, Special Promotions, BPAY payments, purchases of foreign currency and travellers cheques, transactions made in operating a business, payments to other Citi accounts, bank fees and charges such as interest and ATM charges, transactions made using Qantas Points and government related transactions. Government related transactions include transactions with government or semi government entities, or relating to services provided by or in connection with government (for example but not limited to transactions made at Australia Post, payments to the Australian Taxation Office, council rates, motor registries, tolls, parking stations and meters, fares on public transport, fines and court related costs). Complimentary Travel Insurance is issued by Chubb Insurance Australia Limited (ABN 23 001 642 020, AFSL No. 239687) (Chubb) and is subject to the terms, conditions, excess, limits and exclusions set out in the Complimentary Travel Insurance Terms and Conditions arranged under a master policy of insurance between Chubb and Citigroup Pty Limited ABN: 88 004 325 080 AFSL No: 238098 Citigroup Centre 2 Park Street Sydney NSW 2000, the issuer of your card.
